Neutralizing fluids are an important preventative measure to avoid the appearance of white frosting on stainless steel welds. They serve as an effective way to erase all traces of acidity or acidic chemical residue on the stainless steel surface after the initial weld cleaning process.

BS-41 is our new neutralizing fluid, a strong ready-to-use formula specially developed for brushed stainless steel surfaces. It successfully removes acid residue and prevents the reappearance of annoying white marks after weld cleaning and electropolishing.

The fluid is water-based and does not contain solvents or phosphorus.

Use & Application:

Dip the weld cleaning brush into the weld cleaning fluid. Clean the weld with a circular motion until the desired result is achieved. Wipe away any excess fluid residue from the treated surface. Apply neutralizing fluid on the cleaned area (best with a spray) and wipe away excess with a clean cloth.

Important: Never spray neutralizing fluid on a surface that still has weld cleaning fluid residue to prevent white stains. Always use a clean cloth for wiping.

SS Bright BS-91 SS-Weld Clean utilizes innovative German technology for the formulation of a high adhesion stainless steel pickling gel. It is used to remove black oxide scale burn marks and heat tint caused during welding on stainless steel. SS-Weld Clean leaves a clean, professional-finished look on the weld area.

Electrolyte AE-34 is our specialized electrolyte for black marks on steel surfaces. It is typically used on stainless steel, carbon steel, mild steel, high-speed steel, and carbide. It also successfully marks hard chrome or chrome-plated surfaces. All marks will be black.

Applications:

Applications have a wide range from cutlery, drills, tools, nozzles, appliances, engine valves, gears, crank pins, tubes, pipes, needles, medical instruments, taps, surgical instruments, ball bearings, faucets, and knife blades, to machined pieces, chrome parts, and carbide tools. Electrolyte AE34 very successfully marks all grades of stainless steel (like 202, 302, 304, 316, and 420).

Operating Instructions:

Use a setting of 9 Volt AC. If the mark comes out weak, go to a setting of 12 Volt AC.

Electrolyte BS-38 is our specialized electrolyte for black or grey marks on aluminium surfaces. Depending on the specific aluminium surface, marks will appear black, grey, or bright.

Applications:

Operating Instructions:

Use a setting of 12 Volt AC. If the mark comes out weak, go to a setting of 24 Volt AC.

Other Details:

We produce three types of photographic stencils, which differ according to the Class of Impressions. Green Stencil, Brown Stencil are Pre Exposed Stencils which are pre-manufactured where as Green coated Stencils are Post Exposed with Stencil Developer Liquid with the help of UV Light. The other type of stencil can be made by on an ordinary typewriter or dot matrix printer. The limitation of this type of stencil is that, of necessity, of fine line printing.

BOSE Signature has developed a specialized Marking Felt that plays a very important role in the marking process. Made from a special material, it cleans the stencil and avoids stencil blocking during the electrolytic marking method.

The BOSE Signature Marking Felt provides the required current and holds the electrolyte securely during the electrochemical etching process.

Availability:

BOSE Signature Marking Felt is available in individual pieces, as well as A3 and A4 size sheets.

The Etching Marking Head is made of special conductive materials: Graphite and Brass. Graphite is famous for its durability and conductive quality; we use imported Graphite, whereas for the proper transmission of electricity, we use Brass, which is also highly conductive.

Marking Felt: White Felt is a conductive net, used in conjunction with our marking heads on an electrolyte marking system to provide you with a clear, permanent mark. The result of the etching and the life of the stencil impressions depend upon the proper usage of Marking Felt.

Connecting Leads: Connecting Leads we supply are made with Stainless Steel Crocodile Heads, used in an easier way to get the proper flow of current. The connecting lead can directly attach to the fixture for ease of operation. We provide two types of leads:
